You must be legally capable of entering into binding arrangements under Philippine law, or acting with proper authority on behalf of a business or another person.

Dashboard access may require Google sign-in when authentication is enabled. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials and for activity under your signed-in session.

Demo or preview modes may display sample data and do not represent live policy records. Notify Trident promptly if you suspect unauthorized access related to your account activity on this site.

You may not use the website to submit false information, interfere with site security, scrape content at scale, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or user data.

Trident reserves the right to restrict access, decline requests, or take other appropriate action when misuse, fraud, or abusive behavior is detected.

Trident AI responses are provided for general guidance only and may not reflect final insurer terms, pricing, or claim outcomes.

Do not treat chatbot or automated responses as binding advice. Always confirm coverage, requirements, and timelines with a licensed Trident advisor before making insurance decisions.

Trident logos, branding, website design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify site materials without prior written consent, except for personal non-commercial reference.

Partner insurer names and logos appear for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trident is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or reliance on general online content.

Insurance outcomes depend on policy terms, insurer decisions, complete documentation, and applicable law. Nothing on this site creates coverage until an insurer issues or confirms a policy.
